Nita is the Professor of Leadership at Swinburne University of Technologyand has over 35 years' experience as senior executive, organisation consultant, organisational psychologist, researcher and educator.Her senior executive appointments include National Manager Employment for Australia Post; National Manager Executive Development for the same organisation; and Chief Psychologist, Commonwealth Employment Service.She has also been Director on the Boards of the Victorian Accident Compensation Commission, the Victorian Accident Rehabilitation Council and the Victorian Cytology Service.
Nita has been a major contributor to leadership development in Australia for many years and continues to work with individuals and teams undergoing significant change.
