More Speakers Announced!

NDS and DPV are pleased to announce more of the exciting array speakers for the forthcoming conference “From Strength to Strength.”  We have secured:

·         Professor Nita Cherry, Professor of Leadership, Swinburne University of Technology

·         Jody Saxton-Barney is a descendant of the Barney people from South-West Queensland. Jody has a hearing impairment and works as an advocate with Aboriginal people in Shepparton

Professor Nita Cherry

Nita is the Professor of Leadership at Swinburne University of Technology and has over 35 years' experience as senior executive, organisation consultant, organisational psychologist, researcher and educator.  Her senior executive appointments include National Manager Employment for Australia Post; National Manager Executive Development for the same organisation; and Chief Psychologist, Commonwealth Employment Service.  She has also been Director on the Boards of the Victorian Accident Compensation Commission, the Victorian Accident Rehabilitation Council and the Victorian Cytology Service.

Nita has been a major contributor to leadership development in Australia for many years and continues to work with individuals and teams undergoing significant change.
